The deepest part of this lake is not by the middle aerators. We stood a float up at 25' last summer and measured it. It is back toward the dam close to bank. Most of the lake averages somewhere between 12 and 16 except a few holes. The deepest part of the lake is hard to find. It is not a very big hole but it is there. yea like 25 foot deep and u should try and u will find the hole |

maybe thats why i cant find it because its a small area but i would like to have that area during the tourny.

Hey joshm I am coming out of northern kentucky but if you really want to come to the tourney then with proper direction I can probably sqeeze you some rods and extra bait in my ride dont want to see you miss it because you dont have a ride

everyone fishes their own way doesnt matter to me if everyone around me catches 20 and I only catch two I will still fish my way its what I am comfortable with but to each their own

i appreciate the offer dawest but its along drive from castaway to my house it would be about an hour and a half out of the way plus i think i got a ride set up so hope to see you there but thanks again.

there r alot of bigg cats caught @ cast away over the years i have seenm mann i thnk the littllest 1 was like 30 sumthn pounds .... i alreadfy feel that the tournment is going 2 b gud an we will have no problems catching bigg fish jus gotta find em ...an the beef sticks r pretty chaep on cast away site but imma order the okuma longitude ...

yea castaway does have alot of big fish i will say that and those rods your ordering are good rods i know a guy that loves them so i hope you like them as well.

can we talk about the tournament here  ;D..it is getting to hard to see what menbers fishing in it.. ;D.. i would like 1st of all to thank Cast Away Lakes family for haveing us come fish there lake ;D  ..I am sure we will all have a lot of fun there.. ;D |

OK I wanna fish this tourney , ive never been here before or fished a tourney sine ol' lake ilene or tanglewood had tourneys----those places maybe too old school for you yunguns' . I see they pull # for spots..cool but what if its 2 guys? I like this places site so.... Larry??... i think you the owner what about like pop up campers can we bring em not fer turney just in general ...... man i love to ramble bla bla bla bla bla bla. Peace n' Love 2all |
