This saturday coming up. I'm gonna catch bait friday night. And hit a lake after I get off work around 3:30 on saturday. I'm going to call around and see who is open, unless you guys know of a lake the will be open. I really don't want to fish cedar because I've heard that they stock trout, and that means all the blues have full stomachs. Probally going to try Ez if the owners will allow. The weather man says it's going to be close to 60 degrees and a low of 45. They also said it's going to rain, but i doubt i will melt. Hopefully I can catch some decent bait.

I'd go with you if I didn't have to work ( I work every Saturday 7:30-6:00 or later). We will have to tear up some lakes this year, be nice to hang out again.

No question is a stupid one. At least you are trying to learn. It is like a bluegill/bass mix. here is a pic. and they are great for catching both shovleheads & blues. But you should end up catch more shovleheads with this bait.

Called the owner of EZ he said i could fish. Tried catching bait yesterday and today. Everything is still froze over. . I guess I will just have to wait a few more weekends. The weather forecast a week ago said today would be around 60, but it's about 35 and windy.
