Was at the lake and the Flat head was busted last week, still waiting to hit the biggest blue jackpot. A buddys pole went in the lake snaped the 30lb line and floated to the top. had a small tangle on his bait caster. Missed several others. I guess the back side was cleaned up and the coon tail in the back was spayed. slowly this lake is making progress At least it going in the right direction. I'd like this LAKE

Was at the lake on Friday night... Caught a small shovel on blue gill head and missed a few others.. Netted a 15?? for the guy next to me.. I had the chance to speak with both the owners.. And I have to say these are some of the nicest paylake owners I have ever met. They wanted to hear the good and bad about their lake and what I would like to see.. I will def fish there more!! They have made major progress in the lakes up keep.

That's funny my first thought is to is to tell you that your name fits, but i think that the way you've left such lovely messages about remington your the kind of guy that the glass is hafe empty and its not the first time you've ripped a lake so for 1 you've been told it before or 2 that you have some deep down anger with the lake. Either way that's your opinion and there's a lot of people that feel different about the lake. Yes the coontail (aquatic veg. not algae like fist assumed) is still there but next year the problem will be resolved as for the fishing there's been a lot of lines snapped on the hook set by good fishermen which = big fish not to mention the fish that have been caugh there big and heathy. But judging by your attitude it could be the most pristine lake out there and you would still think it sucked. I'm what they call a helpfull fisherman and I like the lake the size is the best attribute.I don't like fishing on top of the next guy.

"bigdummy" please don't start this stuff up again....the new owners of LR have made great strides in just their first year - give them a break......and gives us a break.
