i use the unweighted lindy pole floats , takes a good amount of weight to balance them thus increasing casting distance, i have two catman floats left , if i see any of you and you want them i'll sell them to you for like $3 a piece they're 12''

the floats that are everyone is talking about are still made just hard to get hands on, they are mde in K.Y. in a guys basement, Tom the old owner of Triangle use to be able to get hem, BUT he had to place atleast a $300 order from him to get them delivered. he makes them them right in his basement. not sure how to get them now, i got 2 dozen from him (tom) before he slod Triangle and payed i think $37 a case of 12.. i got the 10inch and the 12 inch. havent use a one out of the packs yet.

I got these two bobbers that the top comes off and you stick your glow stick in em.the top is clear they were my fathers before he passed and I never new were he got em. Trulas bait shop up in Clarksville has them, and just as someone else said they are called Light House Floats, he has all different sizes, I have been using the 14" ones this year and Trulas is the only place I can find them but I think he is closing down for the rest of the year on Sept. 2, C and J up at ceasar creek flea market has some also but not the 14" ones, both places have great prices on them

Hi Guys some history as i know it on the Light House Floats they are made in England and not enough are produced to cover the need on them, they are nice however I do hear a few complaints on how the top can allow water leakage , this happens after alot of use though too, so it natural to happen. I can always seem to get the 8" but the 10 and 12 is hard to get in after last part of june. the 14" my supplier does not carry I did not know they existed until I learned it here. The reason I join here was to learn what you like and tips to pass on in the shop for other fishermen . I tell all I can to check this site out. these floats come with a glow stick too when u buy one. 1 tip on them they have a orange sleeve in them for day time fishing , when 1st made they were solid and u have to cut u line to get it off for nigth time fishing when u put in the glow stick. Newer ones the sleeves are cut for u now , all u do is slide the cap up slip th esleeve off the line , drop the stick , slide the cap down and ur fishing. Just dont lost the sleeve.
