my buddy was there last night for a while nothing going on he said except a couple of guys fishing near him asked him to get a drink for them while he was at the baitshop and when he returned he said his lines were cut and he thought they were gonna try to steal his emcast rods so he packed up and left be carefull guys

I had a couple guys here this weekend and said the same thing happened to them at Cedar a few weeks ago! Keep an eye out

thanks guys thats sad that you have to worry about your stuff but i guess it takes all kinds hopefully they will get caught and no one shoots them thats what theives deserve though. hope this tread doesnt keep people from going there its not the lakes fault just this craze world we live in.

I have fished Cedar allot and never had any problems with anyone at all. I think if Monica knew about this she would surley put a stop to it. If this happens to anyone else I would let Monica know so that she can ban them from the lake.


As for fish at Cedar. I have been fishing it, but there is nothing to talk about. The fish are not on for some reason.

yeah i agree let the owners know that this is going on. Because i know with my short temp. i would do the same thing as Big Smooth, they would have to it all the above serg. removed, thats why i try as much as poss. to not and leave my stuff at all, i take drinks, food ,snacks ,ect. with me so i dont, or if i do have to run to the bait house i always ask some there that i know well enough. Its people like that, that gives our lakes bad names and so on.

anything like that happens,, call the law. period!!! thats what we do.
nobody even comes to our bait shop tryin to sell us used equipment
anymore cuz we get an i.d. and lisence plate number of the seller
incase they were stolen.

mann i never had that problem i have went to folz , cedar , cfp2 by my self never had a problem like that i kinnda got a good reason why i may b only 18 but if any one trys ne thng on me then its on ive been boxing cents i was 10 an i wrestled frm 8th grade up 2 a senior i wish sum one will try sum bs like that with me . . . . only problem i had at a lake was cozy dale sum drunks were talking sh#* cuzz im blk and i hit the weekly with a 44.02 shovel i came back frm the scale an i saw the drunk i ran over there an this guy that was nxt to me grabd me tld me na mann there drunk so i talkd to the guy we fishd together an thta was it

yeah i think to a point that there shouldnt be any drinking aloud on the lakes, to a point that is, i do like to drink a couple beers but nothing like that to get into a fight or get mouthy with anyone, i do that enough strait. LOL

i dont want any trouble wen i fish i jus like to catch fish an relax like every one else does i just like the enviournment its calm i have no worries when i go fishing well except for when my girl friend try 2 kall me i put my phone on silent other then that yea i like to go to the lake with alot of people that im cool with jus bs and have a good time thats all

yeah like i said i do like to drink a couple but if i get to the point where i start trouble i will quit all together. i go to catch fish not to start trouble. Like geez said some people cant handle the drinking they dont know when to say when.
