I always thought that copper sulfate burns the fish, when the copper sulfate settles to the bottom it gets the fish to move cause its burning them.... Is that wrong? ??

dan I use a solution of Dawn dish liquid and industrial strength Round Up. Dilute the round up to a half pint per gal of water and 1/8 cup of dawn. Spray the cattails and in 1 week they will start dying out after 3 weeks get a rake and take out the dead roots and all. You will only have to do this every other year, safe for all fish big and small. You can get the round up from your local feed store (maybe) most will not sell the industrial strength. The "walmart" roundup will not work and WILL kill the fish!!!
