you are not true hunter till you kill one with a bow any body can kill one with a gun bow only for me I HAVE KILLED ONE WITH A BOW LAST YEAR. |

I take some sleeping pills and stuff em' in some corndogs and wait in the bushes. Then when they eat the corndogs and the pills finally kick in I jump out the bushes with a rock. Or I just put some ham on a hook and fish for em'. They put up a good fight but they always break my line. Sometimes I like to cast net em and then just start stabbin when they get tangled....

It's harder to kill one with a crossbow then these high tech bow guns. It's harder to hold up a crossbow than it is to hold back these compound bows. You are no better than the next guy that shots a deer. get over yourself. Your no better than the next guy. If you shot traditions like a recurve or longbow than I would give props but I'm sure thats not the case. I think that any one that puts in the time to harvest any deer is a true hunter, Gun, muzzy, or bow. It just erks me to hear a some one down another hunter because of what they use. We are all hunters and instead of downing each other we should be giving our congrads on any harvest. |
