You can't go wrong with anything made by Berkley. Thats all I use for the most part. Second in line is BPS Excel, which is cheaper, but its made in China. All Berkley lines are made in the USA.

Depends what kind of fishing your doing. I have spools of 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50...

i know some people don't like it because of the memory you can get, but that Cajun Red Lightnin' in 20-30lb is tough line and its not expensive, i use the 25lb in paylakes and the 30-40 in the Miami flathead fishing and i will take it over Berkely Big Cat or Big Game anyday, i don't know if it was just a couple of bad spools i got one time or what it broke pretty easy on me especially the "Big Cat" fishing in the river when i'd get snagged, but the only berkely i'll buy is the big game spool in 10lb for channel fishin

i like sufix too, thats all i'll put on my light spinning equipment, i get the 10lb Elite in neon tangerine for channel fishing, i'm hooked on they're 4lb too

berkley big game, bps excel, cajun line but make sure its the red lightining not the advantage.

i like berkley big game 25 pound test never had a problem,but i know alot of people use yozuri.
