the predator rod is the equivalent to a noodle rod for zander or pike , its almost a whip, but fun to use no doubt

they dont say they say test curve on them 1 3/4 and the stiffer ones are 2 1/4,but i love mine they are very fun to catch fish on,a good fight and i think thats what fishin is about not getting the stiffes rod made and getting those fish in super quick just to see how much money ya win, thats dumb, but i like enjoying the fight

yea mann like iwas told the stiff ness for the rod is always not the best i want a fight i hate stiff rods.. i always snap my line on the hookset with really stiff rods alot, and you just kinda drag the fish in even if its 50lbs... i remember when i used the daiwa eliminator it didnt matter how big the fish was it always felt like a dink, thats not fun to me i want to fight the fish in not overpower it.

You can't beat the 11 or 12 foot Ocean Master for throwing long and large, plus it is light weight. I have to admit I didnt want to drop the $140 for the rod but I am glad I did it. I am planing on buying another one and will probably put another abu record on it as well. $300 for a dependable combo that is sure to last for years.
