I think it was early october and i had a free ticket to cedar so i decided to go out on a sunday morning. When i got there i guess it was pretty crowded but i still got a decent spot. Baited the first rod and tossed it out, baited the second rod tossed it out and started to troll. After about 5 min of trolling i looked over and noticed my other float was down. I put down the rod i was trolling and hooked the fish on the other one. I get him in the net and after i got the hook out i go to bait it back up and the guy next to me said, hey man your rod... I looked over and sure enough it was in the lake. First i tried to get it with the net but it just wouldnt reach. Then i noticed that the fish was still on and it happened to be pulling my rod farther out... So i did what i had to do and i dove in after it lol Sad to say he got away but at least i got my rod back... It was a cold day but it was definetly one to remember.
