this weekend was VERY slow until late saturday night. a few decent shovels caught in
shallow water and quite a few channels into sunday morning before the rain.

I am going to be fishing this saturday night at springwater... I really hope I catch some fish lol.. This lake is much closer to me than cozy is and I fished cozy prolly 50-60 times last summer.. this would save me alot of gas if the lake produces.. id also like to get into that spring fishing league depending on my fishing outcome this weekend.. Ill give you guys a call this week to chat about the lake a bit.

Springwater is an excellent lake to fish! This weekend should be a good time but still may be slow, the water temps are taking forever to get there. Don't let one weekend keep you away.

bd-- best word i can think of is "spotty". 27 and 14lb shovel hit yesterday morning along
the banks and a couple break offs. nuthin but a few channels the rest of the day.
only 2 ppl out this moring when i left 4 work, dunno if they got anything yet
