i dnt really understand the bite of big fish you wpould think a fish that big would go look for the biggest piece of bait in the water but its nt always like that the biggest fish could want the smallest yet simplest piece of bait such as nightcrawlers and leeches you jus have to be in the right place at the right time with the right bait CONGRADULATIONS MANN

Yes. Him and I were having a year long contest for the most and the biggest fish. He was winning with the most but I had him beat with a 60 lb blue. Then he had to go and open up a can on me with this monster. I knew I would lose, but I was impressed, as well as Rob was impressed, that I could hang as well as I did. He has tought me tons about fishing. And I feel like I can hold my own with anyone now. That being said, I DO NOT GIVE UP !
We have fish bigger than his, and as unlikely as it may be, I still do have a chance to beat him. So untill we close, every time my float goes down, I will still be hoping its the giant that beats him.
