Its about a 5 acre private club. Jones stocks it. Last week he put in about 800lb of blues, biggest around 50.

Actually they do not stock anything big unless you want a large koi. Jones doesn't have blues or shovels they only stock channels and the ones they do stock are not even big enough to eat yet. I believe they have a website. They probally stock your bass and crappie and maybe some hybrid blue gill.

my biggest blue is 38 pounds caught at lake monroe my biggest shovel is 28 pounds caught at lake monroe

My biggest shovel is a 22.5 pound caught on nightcrawlers of all things and they say shovel's rarely hit on nightcrawlers, however that is the only thing that I have ever caught a shovel on is nightcrawlers. I caught this shovel at Lake Julie Ann on 8-7-04, so it's been a few years. Have picture, but have to scan.

Heck i do great on night crawlers. It is my favorite bait for Shovel Heads. Caught my 55lber on it and a lot of other fish too.
