Not sure what happened to the link, but it is about a guy in OK who caught the new OK State Record flathead at 104 pounds, but instead of having it certified as the new record, he ate it.

idk why someone would want to keep and eat a fish that big. if it was me i would have had it weighed and certified and then relesed it back to grow bigger.

why in the world would you eat sopmething that dig anyway. That would have to be one of the oilest fish that guy has ever ate. And if you know what you are doing why would you do it anyway.. dont make any sence at all.. The guy was fishing for big fish so he must have known what he was doing using shad for bait, so if you knew you had a possible state record why would you eat the thing. DUMB REDNECK
