ive caught a copule shovels in the 30-40lb range with lilttle baby stripers from lake cumberland...

Winter- warm water discharge by any of the locks behind barges or resaraunts on the river. Any place on \the Ohio behind anything floating barges and so on.

i have yet to go out and try my spot this year which mine isnt a warm discharge so i got to wait till the water warms a little
