invested in 3 hand me down 50 gallon rubbermaid tubs today from my aunt who was cleanin out her basement and i plan on usin them for my bait tanks at home this year.... what type of areators do u guys suggest i use and n e thing else??? ideas will be appreciated..! thanks everyone..

if they are for your house just use the double plug in pumps there the cheapest option

thats probably your best option, but I would insulate them to keep the water as cool as possible I know this is probably common practice but my buddy doesnt and usually cant keep them alive through the warm weather

yea im gonna keep them in the basement and wen i plan on goin fishing jus grabbing two or three 5 gallon buckets and puttin some bait in them wen i go to the lake... where can uy buy those pumps at and how much do the cost.?? thanks..

The pump on the right is the one i us for my at home bait tank. It is very powerful. Has a 1-10 setting so you can adjust the lever of power.

walmart, meijer or any where that sells pet and fish supplies i think the doubles are about $15 its been a while since i bought so i could be wrong on the price

i seen them at walmart. where the pet fish are, there is a double plug it can go up to 60gal it's only $12

yeah thats what i use as well, home and when im out fishing, i jsut use my invertor and it runs 2 double air pumps with not a problem, and dont draw enough juice to run down your car battery, i jsut start my van 1 or 2 time through the night..

WITH SHAD WE GET GET FROM THE RIVER, YOU NEED A HIGH RPM AERATOR. ALSO A ROUND OR OVAL TANK.. THEY WONT BEAT THEMSELVES UP AS MUCH... SHAD KEEPER AND SOME COFFEE CREAMER.. IT SUDS UP JUST SKIM THE TOP WATER FROM BUBBLES... WE KEPT LIVE SHAD ALL YEAR ROUND....
