i got a bluegill on a bogger and my grandpa got a 83 lb cat out of the ohio river on a white castle fry That is actually pretty common for the fry. There are a couple riverboat resturants, where people throw the fries into the water because the catfish and other fish will come up and eat them. They are so used to it that they just sit there waiting. So people just park their boats off the resturant and use fries as bait.
