I was planing a trip to hickory... I was just looking for a few new opions and pointers about the lakes... are there alot of big fish there >? Im looking to beat my personal best of a 47

ill be watchign this hard. i hope to get some kind of ancer as well. Im thinking of going downeather later tongiht or in am. Im from columbus so im looking at like 3 hour drive. My best was a 36. i do see a lot of pics of bigger there. I sat at CP2 last year and only caught 20's or smaller when i see guys getting 40+ i know there there i just have to et lucky.

i thnk that its worth it all these hoggs in this lake wow an there is more then one lake o h#ll yea mann im goin 2 go as soon as i gt my new car nxt month .... i hope that there will b a cuple of you that will come up or that will roll up there with me cuZz i plan on goin 2 hickory for my birhtday in june

I think its well worth the trip if you fish more than one ticket.Iknow i live about 2 1/2 hours away. I would stay for two or more tickets.

me and a buddy are getting ready to go down. have heard about the lake then seen the pics in the fish and game book and we just gotta go. just was wanting a fw good tips on the lakes. we just want to go and hook into something that we cant move. this place looks like a good place to go maqke that happen. any advice on where to fish or whatever. thanks
