clearview pay lakes is out in indiana its about a 3 hour drive from cincinnati it was recently called coomers six lakes but the rumor is, is that he got arrested and was forced to sell it... there is six lakes ther and one is stocked heavly with fish weighing from 25-132 lbs there is nothing smaller than 25 in the 3 acre lake and the rest of the lakes are stocked heavly with channels and other small shovels and blues and carps and u can occasionally pull a big one out of the other lakes... the lakes used to be closed down for a couple of years but now there back up and running and im heading out there next weekend so i can give everyone a heads up on wats going on so some people can maybe think about going out for a trip if they want.... i went the year before they closed and i caught about 20 fish in one night and they all weighed over 25 and the biggest was a 87.9 my cousin caught but if the lake is still the same as it used to be then the fish will only hit certain baits and thats shad and warmouths and bluegill heads but i will find out and let everyone know....

fish weighing from 25-132 lbs Who gave you this information? For perspective, 132lbs would be greater than either the world record flathead or the world record bluecat.

Shovelfreak had a nice trip there. Nothing huge other than my brothers 30#. We did catch two 20# and three 10#. Saw a 42# blue caught as well. Great time and fishing considering the weather. Let me know if you want some pionters on the lake. Kevin the owner is cool as hell.

We had fished this lake two years ago, when it was Comer's Six Lakes. We caught 32 channel cats, well over 100lbs of fish, before cleaning. We visited the lake again Thursday night and had a great time. The lake is under new ownership and he was a great guy. It was cold and a Thursday night, so we pretty much had the entire lake to ourselves. We saw a 42lb blue caught and we caught six shovel heads ourselves: three 10lb, two 20lb, and a 30lb. We also had another one break our line and two others run us into snags. We fished the point and hit several of the hot spots the owner had told us about. It is a bit of a road trip for us, but I look forward to heading back there this summer.

The new owner switched the lakes around. What was once the channel cat lake under previous ownership is now the big fish lake. He stocks the 'old' big fish lake with channels each week. He said their may be a few channel cats left in the 'new' big fish lake, but not many and he fished out all the big ones from the 'old' big fish lake, then dropped them into the 'new' big fish lake. He also mentioned that the previous owner had sold alot of his trophy fish before selling the property. We fished with creek chubs, yellow bellies, warmouth, bluegills, and leeches. We caught most everything on live warmouth and bluegill at about 10 to 15 feet deep.
