OK, the original lake is pretty far away. Is this lake that much better than say a Lake Cozy-Dale that it would be worth driving that far? Would it be worth staying there for a couple of days? Is this a lake that you have to know really well to catch fish? I've thought about going out there before but I've heard horror stories about not getting a spot. Also, how are people doing at the new lake?

Well on the web site they have the new Paradise did good in 2006. They said the 70lb jar was busted over twenty times and hundreds of 50lbers were being caught.

it used to be lake tanner the first lake which is the orignal isnt a bad one. but its mainly a one hole lake that everyone is trying to hit from angles of the lake. the new lake was dugg over 2006 summer so its really not on yet imo. be honest with you its honestly not worth it. hard to get a spot to fish. lakes are very small so any good run, is leaving lines in a tangle. but if you wanna do a week day fishing outing you will be ok but weekends you better get there early and i mean early

I got a 74lb'er on BIG bluegill in new lake 5-10-06. Seen a whole lot 25-40 caught same day. No ariaters in new lake tho. Looses a lot because of it I believe. No food(at least when we were there), so pack or grill your own. Was still a little muddy but because new, other than that kept it clean tho.

no areators man they are gonna loose all kinds of fish over that. but no they dont have any hot food there. i always take my lil propane grill with me any paylake i go to. and make sure you have plenty of bait as well, gold fish are 12.00 -14.00 bucks a dozen there.
