My brother and I are planning a trip to Paradise II this Tuesday (4/17). Anyone got tips on the best baits, best rigs and the best holes? Thx in advance!  I was planning on trying the old lake on the road side between the lakes. Maybe using shrimp & cutbait on the bottom. Am I on the right track?  |

Well if your going for Shovels and Blues i would go with some chubs and bluegill. When they die cut them and use their heads. Also you may want to get some shad if you are able to.

Well the best spot that i know everyone fight over to get to in the old lake is between the 2nd and 3rd shelter on road side. And if you fish the new lake fish right beside the dock to the left and/or fish the other side of the lake at the end as if you were standing on the dock go to the left and around the other side in the corner. best places that i have fished anyway reall in the new lake just about anywhere is good but those are the best i have fished.

best place is non road side across from third and fourth shelter there is a aerotor there

god spot there as well. if you fish the the road side got to be carefull when you get a run the fish heads right for the concrete slabs that are in there. they like going right under them but if you hit the fish preety quick you wont have any problems.. going to try and get out there maybe this wkend. If i can get to the creek if not i can get gills like crazy in one of our local ponds here in kettering. If anyone is out there this wkend look for my truck. It's a 79 ford 1/2 red and white an d1/2 primered black. In the mitts of fixing it up just have'nt had time to finish yet..
