i coudnt tell ya but here is the address of the campground we stay at so we can fish it Coshocton City & County Park District 23253 State Route 83 North Coshocton, Ohio 43812 Phone (740) 622-7528........the river is a 5 minute walk from the grounds and there are even ponds stock with them. .....great river known for big flatties i seen a guy catch a 50lb on gold fish....i know thats not big to you paylaker guys but it is a hell of a lot harder to catch fish from a river then a paylake.

I fish the Lil Miami a lot. I never really caught any thing big. Just in the 10lb to 15lb but i have seen a lot of big fish caught. I going to try out the place that you are talking about. River fishing is a harder than pay lake fishing.
Is there a lot of gar in that spot you are talking about?

WTF river fishing is ez.get a boat and drift.bounce the botton with live bait find a hole let your bait sit a short time and you will get fish.if you get somefish close to a bank you can fish off try it.i never got any flatheads to talk about.best fish was a 40" carp. in kingsmill theres a old dam great smallmouth in its pool.opps the Little Miami River

nothing against paylakes but what are you smoking saying that......if i took you to a river that you have never seen before and said find the cats....it could take hours at looking at the depths, ledges, ect. just to find them.....But with a paylake you could troll the lake with smart cast or w/e it is called to find the depth and stuff in a matter of 30mins.....just look at it this way find the fish in a 5acre pond or in miles and miles of rivers.....just read the last sentence of Ratliff's post

Catfishchad is right about the river being harder, especially catching big fish. That is why i fish paylakes lol. Might try the river this year though, for some cats off of my boat.

I Can get fish in a river and cant get fish in a paylake.i never have the rt bait or someone is fishing in the only good spot in the mud hole we call paylakes.still i know there are BIGFISH in paylakes and a lot more fish then you would find in a same amount of water in a river.still the bigfish in the mudholes most likey come from the rivers........so off to the mudhole and try again!!!!!!!!!
