i know a guy in KY and yes they snag the heck out of them ,but out there they have tons of them, he has caught em over 100 lbs!! and let me tell u they taste great!!

A GUY WAS TELLING ME THE SAME THING AT COZY-DALE, THEY DO SNAG THESE SPOON BILL CAT FISH,AND HE SAID IT WAS ALOT OF FUN.............

thats they only way you can catch them is by snagging them. there was one yrs. ago snagged in triangle lake in franklin. they had it mounted but not sure what tom the old owner did with it. nice looking fish if you ask me. cool looking.

Yeah they are, its probably the coolest fish I have ever caught, and would have considered getting it mounted, if they weren't endangered in Ohio.
