O YA AT BEAVER THERE IS BILLIONS OF SHAD,ONE DAY ROB THE OWNER TOOK ME OUT IN A ROW BOAT AND LET ME THROW A CAST NET ON THE AREATORS,BOTH LAKES I COULD BARELY PULL THE NET IN,WHEN I DUMPED THE NET IT FILLED THE WHOLE BOTTOM OF THE BOAT,LOL,AND TAKIN ABOUT BIG ONES I HAVE ALSO NETTED 17 INCH 2 POUND SHAD  IN THE BACK LAKE AT BEAVER. |

lmao... i got a spot we can catch a ton of those big shad like that if you ever want any. like im talkin 2 and 3 pound shad there huge. alot of 8-10 inchers to but mostly big ones.

you mean the high bank on your right when you pull in on the big lake joshm? you do not want to be anywhere on that if you've been drinking! thats where i was told to fish by someone in the baithouse there right by that old white birch tree by the high bank in that area , caught some big channels out of there

ya thats were we are takin about and ya you dont want to be drinkin my buddy ron fell in beaver creek behide us he went down there to take a leak and next thing ya hear yelling and big splash lmafo,it was funny,but ya i have caught a ton of big fish off those stairs with live shad.

thats the worst spot in the lake if i was you i would fish in the corner in front of the baitshop if you want big fish,lol

i know right up that lake towards the baithouse on the steps side i found some pretty deep spots and the channel were breaking there, there was all kinds of little nasty obstructions along that bank you wouldn't know was there at night that a fish could get you into, yeah i didn't drink that night at all but i sure as heck wouldn't want to try and run my rear end half lit down that bank after a rod in the dark!

thats why those fish hang out there lots of baitfish and structure,and ya i do loose fish there because of that ,but a lot of people will not fish the spot because of all the snags,but they dont now what they are missin,almost every tourny was won there this year or atleast someone placed 2nd 3rd.

o ya talkin about baby shad we went and got about 350 out of cj.brown about 2 hours ago,takin to cozy dale in the morning.
