i just got some dead baby shade about 2-3 in long coverd in blood will blues hit stuff that small?

Yeah. When they are hungry and the bait is there they will eat whatever they can get. Hell the owner of Hickory Grove caught a 104 pounder out of one of his lakes on 3 nightcrawlers and a leech. The guy next to me when I was there 2 weeks ago caught a 61 pounder on a bluegill head the size of a half dollar...

i always like usin small shad especially in the winter. i dont like usin big shad live or cut i can get a ton of shad up to 18in but i just dont like the bigger ones.

I was out at CP2's a couple of weeks ago, and no kidding........There were thousands of baby shad swimming all over the place in the bottom lake, I got some dead ones off the bank and caught a small shovel with them.

oh ya theres millions of baby shad in paradise right before the sun goes down you will see a ton of them.

yea i've seen a bunch out there too, i love to use those little shad to troll with especially the 3-4 inchers, i've seen some pretty good size shad swimmin around the banks at Beaver too
