I AM GOING OUT IN ABOUT A WEEK AND A HALF AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT TO CATCH THOSE BIG BLUES ON AND WHAT ARE THE BIG SHOVELS HITTING ON. I USE ALOTE OF BLUE GILL AND GOLD FISH IS ANYTHING SPECIAL THEY LIKE???I KNOW ABOUT YELLOW BELLIES BUT DONT KNOW WHERE TO GET THEM

(live chubs, mullets,green sunfish,bass,izzies,shad,are good for shovels)(skip jack,trout,leeches,and the heads of any of these fish).i hope this helps you out....................

I am going to cfp2 and I cant wait so what is best down there fishing top with a bobber or bottom and around how deep are the lakes?

top lake fish around 12 or 13 ft with a bobber. bottom lake around 11 ft. and if your not gettin a hit just move your bait around a little bit. even just pulling it back maybe a few feet at a time will get a fish to hit. hope this helps. good luck. let us know how you do.

I have caught all my fish out of CP2 on bellies, and one fish on a live goldfish.

anything good and lively, whenever i'd put a bait out that was going nuts it usually always got hit most of the time it seemed it didn't matter what it was

i'd have all kinds of bait with me usually just bluegills, creekchubs,green sunfish, and goldfish, now whenever i took good healthy goldfish out there though they always got munched, big or small
