those things are so stiff... i cant stand them... and the handels are about 3 feet long. lol. that is y i cut them down to the same length as my emcasts the handles anyway ask josh u can throw them a mile thats a good idea... how did you cut them down? what with? |

oh ya i threw them a mlie a few times,to cut the handles down fire up the chain saw and cut away,lol

you cut rods down with a band saw or any very small toothed saw blade

i like long handles on my surf rods but i know alot of guys who don't like them too, but i will admit there's been a few times those long handles have caused me to miss fish picking my rod up off the ground then that handle catches something on me while i'm going to swing

Anyone know how to extend a handle? Not sure if you can. I love my catmax rods but would like to add about 12 inches to the handle.
