get a catfish insider mag for tips..... I know around the barge pillars are usually good.... shad and skipjack work good for bait.... maybe a striper or bluegill.... for shovels and blues.. liver or little heads for channels.. you can launch right behind the stadium on the ohio side...

Whiskers head odwn to the Meldahl Dam there is a few good places there. Also Little Indian Creek just east of Moscow There is a community park with a good access I have caught several nice shovels and some super nice blues! Nice place to fish here bank fires are OK and the cops and thugs will leave you alone here. Easy to keep your eye on your vehicle.

sounds like an awesome area.. could you give me directions or a close address so I could mapquest it? Also, what works there? as far as bait and rigging.. I would assume paylaking is different form river fishing..

The best i can do for you is take route 52 east out of Cincy during the day and just check out the pull offs. Indian Creek is on the ODNR maps. I really recomend this place, the place is marked with plenty of signs you can't miss it!
