What on earth good will it do to have more lakes. He can't even stock the lakes he has already. I caught over a hundred fish at cp2 this year, and only 18 of them were over ten lbs. The lakes he already has might as well be channel cat lakes.

last year when i went the last day they were open a guy said one is going to be a channel pond and the other is going to be just for carp?  ?? |

I don't understand your thinking. I fished at cp2 all year, and even on the weekends never had trouble getting a spot to fish. If he can't fill the lakes he has, how will more lakes make him more $$. Especially when he can't get the BIG fish to stock what he has now. It will only spread out the people who will already be there. And will decrease the number of fish he puts in each lake.

he usally sells 400+ tickets a weeek when he had the back lake stocked with channels it was filled almost every day. so why not build a channel lake and a carp lake ..if he wasnt making plenty of money he wouldnt be digging new lakes. as far as big fish i dont care what anyone says he has just as many or more than any lake besides hickory. and i have fished about everylake around.

here we go again it is what it is. and its his money his lakes and if you dont want to fish them dont. theres no sense in getting all up set over something that you dont have anything to do with .it seams like the only reason that new people get on here is to stir up crap there needs to be a probation period on here that if you start out bashing your account is ended automaticaly. we have to put an end to these negative post all the time im getting tired of all the bullcrap this site is really getting old fast something needs to be done or there wont be anyone on here worth talking to. it shouldnt matter to you if he builds 10 more lakes if he loses his butt then its his fault no money out of your pocket. we have to start being held accountable for what we post on here after all were supose to be sportsman and we already have half of the country against us we dont need to be at each other.

true that I am new to the site and have seen so much negative talk.I have been to the lake one time and only cought one shovel but I hooked into a monster I know there is big fish in that lake and I plan on catching them and as far as the carp lake I think that is a great idea I fish for carp every once in a while and have a blast doing it as far as the channel lake that also is a good idea that just means more bait for the big ones:) I plan on going out there thursday and hope I see someone out there I cant wait its a hour drive for me but I think it is well worth it...If anyone wants to say whats up I will be in a small tan pickup with a tint up see you there I hope.

Listen guys, I've seen many of the guys that fish at cp2 on here Bashing Hickory and making post they have no business posting because they don't fish there on a regular basis. I don't fish there either (not yet anyway) so I keep my mouth shut. I FISH HERE ! So I feel quite comfortable letting everyone know about my experiences here. This lake is SOOO over rated its unbelievable. I have friends that fish other lakes, and they catch less fish than me, but they all catch bigger fish than even the biggest fish of the week at cp2. And 400+ tickets a week I doubt very seriously, from being there. But still not impressive compared to some other lakes. This site does really suck, but I am not just bashing, I'm sharing my experiences. If you guys wanna get on James good side thats great, but the truth is the lake's not all that.
