in my opinion CP2 is a great lake its not my favorite but everytime i go i catch atleast 10 fish. They may not all be giant but atleast your not sittin around watching your float bob in the water. when i go even if i catch very little fish i still get 15-20 downs a day.
and to you catcatcher101 if this site really sucks dont get on it anymore. its not like your helping anyone thats trying to learn different lakes. So just dontget on the site anymore and thats the TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!

im not saying your bashing idont realy care i just said more lakes more money.I coouldcare less about being on anyones good side .i fish hear everyweek so i thought i would say why he is building a new lake..The big fish of the week is always 40 to 60 sometimes 70 if you are not catching them that is your problem...400 is a slow week belive it or not just look at the book next time you sign in.

i dont fish this lake and i wont fish this lake i dont know james i am a member that is getting fed up with all of the bull crap from people excpecialy new members that just get on here long enough to raise he-- and bash if you dont like his lake say so one time and let it be anything else is just plain bashing and im not the only one on here that agrees it has to stop im not trying to single you out but you just need to let it go us regulars are tired of it .its been a rough year some of our best members with the most knowledge wont even post anymore because of it .no one else is doing anything about it yet so its up to us to put a stop to just let it go sorry if i made anyone mad its just getting old i dont get much of a chance to get out as much as i would like so i like to here others good experiences and they are far and few between anymore.

Listen guys, I've seen many of the guys that fish at cp2 on here Bashing Hickory and making post they have no business posting because they don't fish there on a regular basis. I don't fish there either (not yet anyway) so I keep my mouth shut. I FISH HERE ! So I feel quite comfortable letting everyone know about my experiences here. This lake is SOOO over rated its unbelievable. I have friends that fish other lakes, and they catch less fish than me, but they all catch bigger fish than even the biggest fish of the week at cp2. And 400+ tickets a week I doubt very seriously, from being there. But still not impressive compared to some other lakes. This site does really suck, but I am not just bashing, I'm sharing my experiences. If you guys wanna get on James good side thats great, but the truth is the lake's not all that. THE THINGS THAT YOUR SAYING IS FATUITY!!!!!!!!!  |

As soon as Mike gets me set this thread will be deleted along with a few others on here. But until then lets act like adults and quit fussing with each other about what lakes are best or what have you. This site was designed to be fun and to learn where other lakes are and how to fish them. Lets act like adults here.

catcatcher101 the way i see it is maybe you just cant fish and thats why your buddys are catching bigger fish than you at other lakes.

Smooth- I was just up there yesterday and they are decent sized lakes. The one is going on the left of the bait house and the other is almost directly behind the top lake just over that little hill. Looks like that one will be fairly deep. When we were up there fishing he had them digging it.

i'm a new guy and i found this site when looking for info on cp1 - which i fished a couple weeks ago and am going back this weekend - just ignore the maggots when post the negative and maybe they'll go away - fish on !

I talked to James this spring he told me that he was going to be diggin two new lakes and one was for sure going to be for carp. He believes its going to be hotter than catfishin. guess we have to wait and see.

james is gone right now an dwont be back till sometime in december, thats what i was told anyway, he is getting fish for the new lakes and for the others as well, thats what is was told yesterday by a friend of a friend that is off with James right now. so we will just have to wait and see what he going to do with them.. like someone else said more lakes more room to fish, maybe it wont be like it is/has been in the past elbow to elbow and everyone argueing and fighting on them lakes, like alot on here. ( fighting and argueing)
