I've heard that Ohio is finally going to allow hunters to "check" their deer by phone and internet starting in 2010. Hopefully this is true. KY has been doing the "phone check" for a while now.

This is very TRUE.
The system is to be operational by March 2010.
The system also encourages hunters and anglers to buy all license's and permits on line.

yeah i bought mine on line this yr. and printed it out here at work, gotta get deer tags friday though, the wife wont let me have the bank card, LOL to get my tags, i spent alittle extra as well, other web-site.. LOL
