Also had a good day(Sunday). Caught 6, biggest was a 47 lb blue. Only fished 3 hours.
Josh caught 3 his biggest was a 52 shovel. I'll post a pic tonight.
fish are biting in spurts, but catching bunches.
FRESH SKIPJACK is the bait of choice right now.

i left went to belpre to meet my buddy's. caught some dinks. he's built a whole new deck around the front of the baithouse and laid all new gravel down the train track side. no theivin' cats there just theivin ducks!! no ducks at hickory, they're scared to land

YOU KNOW BIGP COME TO THINK OF IT I HAVN'T SEEN ANY DUCKS EITHER. THATS HOW ROB DOES IT HE FEEDS THEM DUCKS........AND I THOUGHT HE WAS USING STRAY CAT'S AND DOGS TO GET THEM FISH THAT BIG....LOL............YOU GOING DOWN THIS COMING WEEK-END.....
