Is castaway open in the winter

Myself and several friends would like to fish castaway all winter long on the weekends, is the lake open??? Do the blue cats hit well there in the winter?

yes castaway is open all winter and yes the blues do bite all winter,good luck this winter i probally see ya there a couple times.
