HUM,what a lake,man just got back from hickory very slow,we trolled all day with skipjack,trout,fresh shad,and all kinds of live baits out of 5 people,including bennie (bennie8888),and ron (sluggo63) me and 2 other freinds we could not even get a bite,when we trolled that trence in the big lake all we did was snag shovels which is something i dont want to do,ya know what im sayin,but maybe i will try fishin hickory again in the summer when the bite is on,but for know im a paradise man ;D,going there in the morning.

i was there also today,Josh i was in the big jeep... I tossed my pole out for only a few mins but left..If you had fresh skipjack i cant believe you didnt catch anything.i wanted to troll the trench in the big lake but you guys had it covered up for the most part.I didnt see ya trolling the trench at all.I was only there a few mins but i never put my pole down there. You just werent holding your mouth right lol..

OH THAT WAS YOU I DID NOT KNOW, IF YOU WANTED TO TROLL THAT TRENCH YOU SHOULD CAME OVER THERE I DIDNT CARE,BUT EVERY TIME I TROLLED I JUST SNAGGED A SHOVEL SO AFTER A COUPLE HOURS OF THAT I GAVE UP ON TROLLING.IM SURE I WILL FISH HICKORY AGAIN BUT IM GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THE SPRING FOR THAT BETTER BITE,HOPE TO SEE YA DOWN THERE AGAIN,L8R.

I have caught some fish the last few times I have been out there ( CozyDale ), but thay have all been DINKS. I am sick of catching dinks!!!

ya i guess they do,but im a hard troller and i mean i trolled hard and nothing not even a bump all i got was snagged shovels,and im not saying there is not any big blues in there because there is many of pics to prove it but it was good weather and we had good bait so why didnt we get any thing,but like i said i will try it again this spring.
