well shovelheadfanatic if u can find a big plastic or metal horsetroth 4 like food or water like 100 gallon wat u can do is get u 1 of those put a piece of board over the back nd put ur aerators on tht nd then u got air its tht easy.. or u can get a big 5o gallon drum nd keep the lid cut a hole 4 ur air hoses nd make a lid flap on the lid nd tht is a good 1 2.. or jus get u a big a$$ cooler nd put holes in the top for airlines nd thts bout it 4 tht 1.. lol.. u jus gotta get creative wit tht kinda stuff they arent hard 2 do @ all..

HEY BUTLERSBEAGLES, IS THAT A LITTLE POOL PUMP? DO YOU USE THE FILTER THAT THOSE USE OR DO YOU JUST USE IT FOR A PUMP? I HAVE ONE THAT I AM GOING TO HOOK UP AND DIDNT KNOW IF I NEED TO USE A FILTER OR NOT. ON THE ONE PICTURE THERE IS A CLEAR TUBE NEXT TO THE BLACK TUBE. I ONLY HAVE ONE IN TUBE AND ONE OUT TUBE. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

I had a leak so i bought the clear hose for the pump. I use the filter with it to keep the tank filtered. You dont have to but to keep it clean you should.

how long does a filter last? do you take it out and clean it or just replace it with a new one??

thanks for the comp. The filter will last about a month.Thats with cleaning the filter once a week
