I went out and fished folz on a saturday morning about a month ago and didn't get a bite all day. I was one of 4 or 5 people on the lake that morning. Folz is a really small lake, however, there were pictures in the bait shop of large fish caught this year. A 60 something pound blue has been caught there a couple times this year. Oh and I was using cut bait only that day, nothing live. I will probably give it a try again sometime. Hope this helps.
