Got three small channel cats, people were pulling in some nice sized fish around the lake. Overnight a 40 pounder was brought in. While fishing the front lake the small carp (bait fish on the loose) was kinda a pain stripping my liver and Wheaties. No bites on live bait for us unless cactusRuss got one after I took off (hmmmm, sure Russ  ) Wish I had more to report. |

Hey Vince... I'm not cactusruss on here... I'm coffeeman. I was cactusruss but something got screwed up with my account under that name. I think someone hacked into it and started posting stupid stuff as me. Anyway, I'm coffeeman here, and all I caught after you left was one of those clams like you had. It had the hook just under it's shell like it did with you.

Oh I seen cactusRuss on before when I signed up, I sent it a PM...
How big was the clam? The one I got was huge! I have never seen one that size, I will post the picture when I get them loaded.

It was about the same size.

Just to let everyone know we are open and going strong. I have stocked 4000 Lbs. of blues and shovels over the last 2 weeks. I will be stocking another 4000 lbs in the next 2 weeks. Blues and shovels are just turning on. The next 8 to 10 weeks are should be great fishing. Hope to see all the regulars and some new people this year. Contest every Friday and Saturday night. Jackpots all the time. Open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays untill May 14th. Then we will open 24 hours 7 dyas a week.

Lake Julie Ann is in Cleves. Closer to Harrison Ohio. 20 min west of Cincinnati. 9275 West Road, Cleves Ohio 45002. Phone is 513-353-4995. We have stocked 6000 lbs. of blues and shovels in the last 4 weeks. Fish hitting good now.

Right in front of the baithouse the lake is between 17 and 19 feet deep. As for our web sight. It will be up and running again in June. My son gets home from College and that is his deal.
