I saw a pic a week ago on the counter, of someone who caught a spoonbill at cedar during this winter. Also saw the pics of channel cats caught while trout fishing. Is it called a spoonbill? How many do they have in there? How big do they get? I know they are also in the Ohio river as endangered species, never new you could stock them in a lake.

They don't hit baits, you have to snag them. They aren't a catfish either.

Yeah that was Vince he won the super Jackpot 2 years ago. They say there are 4 spoonbills in there. I guess the get pretty big I'm not sure. But you cant catch them with bait because they only eat plankton. The spoonbill he caught got tangled in his line.

my cousin whos is the one holding the fish actually caught that on a piece of hot dog fishing deadline for channel cats! like a said it was a small pond didnt even know they were in there, supposedly theres one more big one in there too. but sadly some dumb teenage kids caught this fish a few weeks later and left it out the lake too long and killed it.
