I've been using shad saver in my tanks, salt and ever other thing that I can think of and changes out my water every two days. Have two filters jetting water all the time plus a big air stone that lays in the bottom. I can't even keep goldfish alive in this setup. What the heck am I doing wrong. Need some help guys loosing alot of money and wasting a lot of time.

Post a picture of your setup and we may be able to spot what's wrong.
I just use a cooler and some bait saver and never had a problem.

Don't have a pic but let me explain. A good size cooler to start with. 2 fish tank filters that jet a steam of water out the top back into the cooler. One of these are on the front left jetting water to the right and the other is on the back right jetting water to the left. In the middle is a 12 inch air stone with a bubbler, producing a good amount of bubbles. Add shad saver or better bait, feed once a day, do a complete water change every two day. Bleached it, washed it done everything I know how without spending 300. LOST OVER 75 PEICES OF BAIT IN 5 DAYS.

If not you may still have a little bleach in the tank.

if you are keeping shad, they will do a lot better in a round tank. shad move so much they will beat themselves to death in a tank with corners. i only feed my bait once a week. the more you feed them, the more they poop and amonia builds in the water faster, but i would think the filters would take care of that. how many quarts is the cooler? maybe overcrowded?

If the lid is closed on the cooler the amonia and nitrates will build fast, regardless of filters. Activated charcoal will keep both nitrates and amonia down but will not handle 75 pieces of bait for long, unless you have a larger tank set up. The rule of thumb for baitshops is large bait gills and such is a 1/2 gallon of water per fish.
