i been working at a local pay lake this year its hard work involved keeping a lake clean for others to fish Ive mowed weed ate empty barrels and garbage cans counted worms wax warms in littler cups stock snacks and pop and gear cut trees for fire wood cut barrels for fire pits this week i had an experience of a lifetime i was swimming in the lake out cutting the cattails down its amazing to feel the bottom of my home lake i been fishing for years its so amazing that catfish are not afraid of people at all i had something bum my left foot 2 times i got out of the lake i felt sure there was a snake (call me sissy i hate snakes) then a little while longer i got back in felt a fish swimming in between my legs i i know it was a fish he poked me with his fin then a little while longer he was swimming right on top looking at us while we were cutting down the cattails.guys since i been working at the lake its hard work to keep a lake halt and clean do your part and help clean up before this year i thought lake owners had it made they dint there is a lot of work involved in having a pay lake

very well said albert!! keep up the good work-- and, be careful----people like to think the fire barrels are trash cans. and i've had to have stiches 3 times last year and a tetnis shot from trying to empty them with the garbage poeple put in them. great work!

mark your right i wear thick gloves when dumbing barrrels and trash cans people even throw bait in the barrels but now to get a barrel its a 5$ deposit or your id then when leaving we check it out and if clean we give u your deposit or id back

i think thats a good i dea. But we kep fully grassed banks. and poeple just move them around where they please and leave burn marks everywhere. Lisa and i spent over $200.00 on grass seed this spring and half of it is wasted from poeple moving the barrels over newly sprouting grass. --good luck with that!! we ALL appreciate your efforts!

any more problems with the barrels we are just going to remove them from the lake if the deposit or id thing does not work

Oh Mark I am feeling your pain on the grass!!! I took the barrels from my place last night told everyone no more fires and lo and behold I had a bonfire blaze on fresh grass!! I may have to gate the place off before long!! A lot of hard work can be destroyed n seconds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i fish on pay lakes i never have fires anyways but when i leave i make it look like i was never even there.i h8 ppl that litter and don't respect other ppls property... there grown-ups for goodness sakes!!!!
