The only thing I can probably tell you is not to fish deep even though its hot out. I went to cedar both tuesday and yesterday and both days people were fishing deep and noone was catching anything. Yesterday I finally got tired of fishing the deep and moved to a shallow area and fished about 2 foot deep even though it was 105 degrees out I had 3 bites in a 45 minute period before i left. and use goldfish thats really the only thing they had been biting latley

It is shallow in both spots. the front of the lake by the bait house and in the back by the holding ponds.

yea I caught mine in the shallows close to the bait house about halfway between the bank and the first airator...I've fished the back a few times with my buddy's and have only had 1 bite in 3 times I've fished the back. I know big fish swim there because the only one I did catch was a 29 pounder but I would take gregs advice on this lake for starters because I've seen more pics of him than almost any1 else besides the old timers who have been fishing that lake forever

me and my friend caught them in the shallow end as well like the last hour we wrere there..we had the small point and got 1 15 all night then went to shallow and got like 6 fish in an hour..doen anyone no why they r only biting shallow and only on goldies????the fall??

yea when i went last saturday most were caught on goldfish in the shallow end near the baithouse
