You may want to delete him(all three names) and let him try again. Don't know if that will work but it is worth a try.

Remember, your login will be bustnjackpots, not admin. Also, make sure you are logged out of any other accounts when you log in. You can post without your account being verified. TRY TURNING OFF YOUR CAPLOCKS WHEN YOU LOG IN - your username and password are both lower-case |

finally it says my name at the top !!!!!! i had to restore my computer to the time before I started those accounts.. it works now!!!!!!!
