I like catching shovels or blues my home lake is cedar but here recently me and my dad have been takeing boats to miami white water where its bigger and more natural and wild. and i was wondering if anybody had any pointers on how to catch wild blues. im going this saturday so some responces would be usefull. or if youve fished there and you would like to share a good spot on the lake it would be well apreciated. thanks for all the tips. maybe a good bait to use.

you got to know your lake .... find a a hole let it sit for a few hours if u start hiting blues in that hole when u get him in throw right back in the same spot and maby trole it a cupel time what ever....blues travil in schools so if u catch one u might have the chanch to catch a bigger one ... i have always had my luck on curld chubs i find the smallest one im my bait bucket ack curl it on my hook then smach it so it looks nasty....
