Today I worked on my bait room. Got all of my stuff ready for when the weather breaks for good and for when the bait starts hitting.

I have two 55 gallon drums for my fish, and three huge styrofoam boxes. One is for more fish, the second is for leeches and the last is for night crawlers. I also have two 5 gallon buckets i take when i go baiting.
I plan on getting me an old deep freeze freezer too, just need to find one.

check with local stores usually when they go bad they pitch them out. also keep in mind, on how i purchased my deep freeze, it only cost me 10 bucks and that was in fuel. we went garbage picking looking for one and we found what we wanted

all i did was fill it and make sure it didnt leak then i filled with water i put some aqurim neutralizer in it and placed the aerotors in it and let it circulate for a few good days then placed fish in it. now if it does leak or has a crack find them and fill them with the expanding foam, cousin did that to his and it worked good. and oh yeah i have mine lined with sheets of weather foam u can get at lowes or homedepot. the foam helps hold the oxyge in the water better

Also you might want to try the "Better Bait" stuff you can buy. Seems to keep the fish from stressing out, and keeps them slimy and scales looking good.

i got a stainless steel tank that i use, holds about 300-400 gallons of water. has a drain valve for when fishing season is over too. you can keep alot of fish in that thing.
