i gathered all my stuff and i am building me the ultimate portable shad tank. as cheap as i can so far every thing is gone good. i have all the chemicals i need. i have a 20 gal trash can type tank. which a certain store gave to me fo free. i spent 2.50 on a lid that for it that just so happens to have a seal tight fit. and it is big. ill have pictures apon completion its gonna rock. i should have no trouble keeping 30 shad alive in this thing.

alsept how much money did you put into them tanks? What all do you need to keep shad alive? i have a few ideas for bait tanks for the house still trying to think of some tanks for the car, I don't have a truck so it's a little harder for me. I also live a hour and a half away from cedar and cozy. That's where im going to be doing most of my fishing this year.

Then the oval tank was free but i had to make a lid out of plexy glass(free) the only thing i had to buy were the screws.
