where are the best places to catch skipjack in the ohio river and the best times?

no best they are hit and miss i went down 7 times before i finnaly got into them but when i did caught over 100 in two hours.

ya i would have to say tanners creek or right up the river in front of the power plant always catch like 100 every time we go and get them... we were there one time and filled up a 3 foot long by 1.5 foot cooler full of them
