I've seen some of the guys on here post that they own 6600C4s. What do you guys think of them?
I, unknowingly, bought my 6500C4s right before the 6600 series came out. From what I've read, the new drag system on them is supposed to be vastly improved over the old style. They also look more ergonomically correct with the release being in the middle instead of on the side.

I have one of the 6600c4s. They are really nice. You can cast a mile with them and the retrieve one then is a inch a min. The thumb bar is great. They don't backlash at all. The 6600c4 is well worth the money.

I bought one the end of june for about 90 bucks at bass pro and it has been great. Have no problem casting it a mile. Haven't caught to many big fish on it but the drag has been great. I've seen these for about 100-120 bucks at some lakes i've been and like I said I got mine for about 90 after taxes at bass pro so I would look there first. The only complaint I would have being deaf in one ear it's that the clicker isn't loud other than that I can't wait to get another 1
