I have been using the ones from Bass Pro (little rubber ones) the last few years but this year I am going to try the one from Cabela's. Cabela's actually have different ones for different line sizes. Here are the ones from Cabela's (blue background) and bass Pro side by side. The ones from Cabela's are more elongated than the ones from Bass Pro so I'm hoping they hold/last longer..........worth a shot.

got the new blue ones from Cabela's...did get my 20#line in them...did a dry test.pulling one bobber stop away from the other on my Realline 20#test..dia 0.017..cabela's stops beat both string and the bass pro stops.you almost can't get it to move when you want it too..may be my ticket to getting my bobber stop to stop moving up the line... like I said 2 or 3 cast was killing my bait..i am sure not killing my bait will get me more fish... ;D..thanks Randy for telling me about them.. ;D ..the only down side i saw 2 stops on 1 wire..

Glad to here the good outcome Mark, mine will be here sometime next week. looking forward to giving them a try. I usually transfer mine to either 2lb. or 4lb. test mono, that little wire breaks on me more times than not and this makes it easier to get them on my main line. Mark,......when adjusting your depth make sure you wet your line with spit or something before moving the stop otherwise after time you will reem out the inside of the stop causing it to slip. once it starts slipping it will only continue to get worse. Also.......when storing them I only keep a few in my tackle box and keep the rest at home in a dry cool place. if you keep them in your tackle box and with the heat and sun they will dry rot and start to crack. Good Luck and Good Fishing
