i get my beads at a craft shop so i can get 20-100 beads cheap. And mark you can get rubber beeds at bass pro, some walmarts may carrie them, and the bait shop at the lake usually has them also.

Hell yeah they are good. Very strong and light. Cant beat the rod for the cost. Good buy!

i have been cloning you all. ;D..AND I DID GET FISH. i going to try some thing different.. ..at CAST AWAY on 1 rod. any one ever hear of a TEXAS rig??? 1.5 oz walker wt.---bead---swivel----15" of line to 2"cigar float---- 13" of line------and then a Eagle Claw 4/0 Live Bait Hook----use live Izzy for bait..... plan on trolling it back real s l o w .....Cast Away is a deep lake. a TEXAS rig works good from a boat drifting..gets walleye real well.. I JUST MADE IT BIGGER..may be it would work on catfish too... i have ask if any one ever try it and no one said any thing... ANY ONE HERE THINK IT WOULD WORK??? YES-----NO-------MAY BE SO ?

never can tell, why troll it slow on the bottom just let the bait do the work for you, give enough leader and it can swim all over.. Thats why when i fosh the bottom i use alittle weight as possible. Just enough to get it out to where i want it to go thats all.

lol it kinda scared me because i thought it might beat my 36#er the way the rod broke. I think it weighed just over 9#s.

my rod and reels vary... my main ones are an antique 6000c on a 8 ft medium heavy fast tipped abu garcia workhorse rod, an antique 5000c on a 9 ft medium heavy whuppin stick, 5600 on a 9 ft glowstix rod, penn 320 gti on a 7 ft hvy, 6000 on a 9 ft medium heavy abu garcia brute rod, 6500 on a 10 ft heavy night stick, and last my favorite is my 6500 on a 9 ft medium heavy eagle claw water eagle... i was only able to go snap a few quick photos and they aint very good... some have two ounce sinker bead 80 pound barral swivel 6-18 inch leader and snelled 6/0 octopus circle hook another rig i use is sinker stop bead 2 ounce sinker bead 80 pound barral swivel 6-18 inch leader and 4/0 kahle hook no picture but when i use a bobber i go bobber stop little bead big bead huge bright bead bobber bead between bobber sinkers and swivel 6-18 inch leader and hook depends
