the best thing to do is paint the with florence oragne paint it makes them easer to see i also cut mine down i get 2 out of one normal size one you can throw farther with shoter ones and you only need the the length of your float

For cut bait or leaches or crawlers there is no point. smaller live bait I cut them down to about 12in or so big bait you got to go with the whole length 18 or whatever or your going to be sorry when you set hook.

i put my glow stix on the straw, you can see it anyway the float moves, put it on the bottom of the straw right where it come's up to the float after everything sinks, you can see in no matter what. and you dont get it mixed up with others as well, ive been doing that for about 3yrs now.

Thats actually sounds like a pretty good idea. I might try that tomorrow night when I go out.

"in-line" glow sticks go on your line between your float -- same idea and work great

yeah i have no prob. seeing my float's at all doing that way. hope it works out for others that says there going to try it. and another this is that you dont have the prob. of your bait getting wrapped up around the glow stick when you cast out. and dont have to worry about the tape pulling the paint off the float and causing it to eve.... getting water logged.
